Isn't she just the cutest? Maria is so sweet and makes the funniest baby noises! Mommy calls her by a different nickname everyday whether it's "lovey, lolly, or dolly". Nobody can get enough of her. Unfortunately, Maria had a short trip to the Childrens Hospital this past Sunday. She had to stay overnight and has been diagnosed with a cold. We are thankful it's not anything worse. She is back home and relaxing in her pj's thank goodness.
A Happy Thanksgiving
Maria is adjusting well to being home with her family. Last trip to the pediatrician she weighed seven pounds and three ounces! She's growing up fast. She is surrounded by love. We thank God everyday for our little angel.
Home feels good!
I'm pretty sure our little angel is happy to be home! She's been getting a lot of love from all her grandparents, relatives and friends. Mommy, Daddy and Maria are slowly getting into a routine. Maria has a visiting nurse and will soon be getting referred to early intervention specialists who come to the home.
Homecoming!
Our little angel came home yesterday! Maria had a very busy day today. This morning she went to the eye doctor and the results were wonderful. The ROP has resolved and her eyes are perfect. The pediatrician felt Maria is doing very well. Maria weighed 6 pounds 5 ounces!
